SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA

Orders placed within Malaysia will be shipped by door to door delivery based on the company’s discretion. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Deliveries will usually arrive within 5-7 working days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Deliveries will usually arrive within 7-14 working days depending on the region.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt. Exchanges for a different style or size are subject to availability. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. If the item purchased has been specifically customised or made as a one-off as informed by our customer service team, no exchange or returns will be made on such products. Only a one time exchange is allowed. We do not accept returns for both local and international orders.

Local Return & Exchanges Within Malaysia: You will be responsible for costs of return postage. Optionally, you may choose to drop the return merchandise at our office by contacting our customer service team in advance for details. Reasonable effort should be made to have the merchandise returned to us within shipping duration of 5-7 working days.

International Return & Exchanges: You will be responsible for costs of return postage. Reasonable effort should be made to have the merchandise returned to us within shipping duration of 7-14 working days.

Please note that merchandise returned does not guarantee the item is accepted for exchange if the merchandise does not comply with the conditions below:

Apparel must be returned new, unused and unaltered with all manufacturers tags attached. Any special packaging or attachments that was included with your item(s) must also be returned or a restocking fee may be deducted from the amount of your refund. Sale items purchased at a clearance discount are ineligible for exchange. Once your package has been received, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Should the item be exchanged for a merchandise in stock, it will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after we have received your return package. All items undergo strict quality control standards before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately. We reserve the rights to review each exchange / return on a case by case basis.
